What about Yoga?
A member of my family recently asked me what were my thoughts on the practice of Yoga for Christians. I did a little research on the subject and found the following input that I find interesting and useful for whoever would be having the same kind of questions:

Yoga poses stretch your muscles and increase your range of motion. With regular practice, they will improve your flexibility. Aerobic: No. And even though is not aerobic, some research finds it can be just as good as aerobic exercise for improving health.
